Isthmus’ mission is to give its clients a voice in the Workplace Compensation Board (“WCB”) system.

Currently, the biggest flaw in the WCB system is the practical inability of stakeholders to have a meaningful voice to advocate issues, manage claims, return to work as early and safely as possible, and to minimize cost.
